KFC The Beef Bucket

Insight

KFC has received many negative reviews lately, and it's clear that the brand needs to do something to win back customer loyalty. Many people feel that the quality of KFC's food has declined over time, and they're unhappy with their restaurant experiences.

Idea

Presenting "The Beef Bucket". Every KFC bucket will feature a critical review from a real customer, along with a simple question: "Did we fi x it?", and based on their own experience, customers will be able to answer with a yes or no by scanning a QR code on the bucket.

The poll results will be tallied, and for every "yes" vote, customers will be able to share their experience on social platforms. In exchange, they'll be rewarded. For each "no" vote, KFC will have the opportunity to address the customer's issue before it turns into another negative review.

Implementation 

The campaign will be implemented in two phases. First, a teaser will be released announcing KFC's new beef bucket, creating intrigue around how a brand famous for chicken will execute this. Second, the beef bucket will offi cially launch.
